Our Special projects department offers the flexibility needed to provide our clients with a comprehensive electrical and mechanical minor works service. Whatever the client's requirement the department will provide a swift competitive quotation and installation service. Replacement boiler installations, commercial and domestic, refurbishment projects and additions to existing systems are a speciality.

The maintenance team will provide a full range of routine and planned preventative maintenance of electrical, mechanical and plumbing installations. This service includes, if required, 24 hour emergency response.

This specialist department has the capability to carry out large scale gas servicing and maintenance contracts, to ensure that landlords and building owners comply with all current gas regulations.

Our workforce includes a number of CORGI registered gas engineers fully qualified in all aspects of gas safety.

To ensure we achieve the standard of service expected our engineers remain in constant communication with our administration centre and supervisory staff.

The department works with our local authority clients in term maintenance contracts operating to schedules of rates and key performance indicators.

Additionally, we are able to tailor our repair services to suit each customer's own individual requirements.
